Custom N Stickers - Shipping Policy

At Custom N Stickers, we take great care in ensuring your custom orders are processed and shipped efficiently. Please review our shipping policy for details on how we handle order fulfillment and delivery.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within British Columbia (BC), Canada.

  • Orders placed outside of BC cannot be processed or fulfilled.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All stickers are custom-made to order.

  • Please allow 3 business days for production before your order is shipped.

  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

3. Shipping Carrier

  • We use Canada Post as our primary shipping provider.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery times depend on your location within BC and Canada Post’s standard shipping schedule.

  • Typical shipping estimates: [3-5] business days after dispatch.

  • Custom N Stickers is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

5. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are included in the price of each ordered sticker.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Once shipped, we are not liable for lost or delayed shipments caused by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos for assistance.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Custom N Stickers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • As all orders are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or incorrect.
